How long has DICK WADD been in business?

The business was started in 1997 and produced its first film, NYPD, in July 1997.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Someone is always here during those hours. We are also in the office sporadically throughout the weekends. We can be reached at (619) 828-3130.

Can I order DVDs or other products without a credit card?

No.

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?

No.

When I place an order online with a credit card, how long after placing it will my card be charged?

Instantly. As soon as you click "Submit", your credit card information and name and address information is transmitted immediately to our online credit card processing company. It approves or declines the sale immediately. You will receive a confirmation via an email that your order has been transmitted to us. At the same time you receive your confirmation email, we receive the order on our computers. Please keep this in mind…..only click the SUBMIT button ONE TIME. If you click it more than once you might be charged each time you click it.

What about International Shipping and possible Customs problems?

We ship all worldwide with very few problems from Customs officials. We cannot guarantee that in some countries the Customs officials might not seize your order. Please understand that we are not responsible for Customs seizures and you remain responsible for payment in the event of a seizure. For international orders, it can take up to three weeks for an order to be received. BUT, most arrive within one week after the order is placed. All packages, domestic and international, are shipped very discreetly. See the Shipping Info page for more details.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee that you will be a happy, fully satisfied pig or you will receive your money back.

Our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time. If the defective item is a DVD, we will gladly replace it with the same title, but cannot replace it with a different title. Please understand that we cannot accept returns of DVDs simply because you did not like them. We will ship to you at no cost a replacement item and arrange for the defective item to be returned.

All returns of defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of delivery and all returns must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by either writing customerservice@dickwadd.com, referring to your order number and name, or by calling customer service from 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST Monday - Friday at (619) 244-7044.

Is it safe to send my credit card over the internet?

Absolutely! Our credit card online processor uses the latest state of the art encryption technology. Your order is transmitted to them electronically through our secure SSL server. Once processed, which is usually within a minute or two, you will receive your email confirmation of the order. If you look at it, you will see that all except the last 4 digits of your credit card number have been stripped for security. When we receive your order, your credit card number has been completely removed for your security. No one at Dick Wadd ever sees your credit card number.

How do I go about applying to be in a film?

Fill our our model application at www.dickwadd.com/model.php. Make sure you answer every question honestly. This helps us cast you in the correct role. Remember to attach RECENT (within 30 days) photos of yourself. The photos should be a full frontal nude, hands at your sides, with erection, and a full rear nude. If you do not complete the application as specified, we will assume you cannot follow directions on the set, and your application will be discarded. After we receive your completed application, if we think you have what it takes to be in one of our films, we will contact you about any upcoming video shoots. We may also give you a call to talk with you about possible shoot dates. We apologize that we can't get back with every person who sends a picture to us, but we get so many requests that it would be impossible to respond to everyone……that's all we'd get done!

How do I get in contact with one of your models?

We never release the names, addresses or phone number of our models. Just as we respect your confidentiality, we respect theirs also.

What is your product warranty?

Dick Wadd sells items manufactured by other companies and makes no warranties, itself, express or implied, as to merchantability or fitness of items for a particular purpose. Please read manufacturer’s directions, if any.

What are the system requirements?

Almost any modern computer can enjoy all features of the site. The following are all good: Windows, Mac OS X, Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome. Flash is required, but is already installed on 99% of all computers. Cookies and javascript must be enabled.

Also, a fast internet connection such as DSL or cablemodem, is required.
