Are your packages shipped discreetly?
Absolutely. Your package will arrive in a plain box with no indication on the outside as to the contents. The return address label will state only "DWM" and our return address.
What are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on weight, distance and method of shipping chosen.
What method of shipping do you use?
You have several options to choose from in the shopping cart as you process your order. Your choices are standard ground delivery, Next Day, 2nd Day and International Shipping. We make the choice between the various carriers depending on zip code and our experience in that zip code.
Next Day Air Deliveries
When ordering Next Day Air deliveries please keep in mind that if you order on Friday, it will NOT arrive on Saturday. FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays without imposing an additional fee, usually about $20.00 more than the standard Next Day Air fee. Our shopping cart does not calculate Saturday delivery charges, therefore, if you ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY have to have your order delivered on Saturday, please send us an email after you have placed your order online, telling us that you authorize the additional Saturday delivery charges. Please be sure to include your full name and order confirmation number in the email and send it to mailto:email@example.com.
Do you use the Postal Service to ship within the U.S.?
No, we do not. And WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
What about International Shipments?
We ship to countries all over the world. Based on experience or incidence of credit card fraud, there are some countries to which we refuse to ship due to their Customs Regulations. To save you problems with customs, our international shipments are shipped via the USPS and we only send the DVD discs and not the adult packaging case insert.
International orders can take up to three weeks to reach our international customers. BUT, most of the orders are received within one week.
Some of our international orders are only trackable until they are loaded onto the planes for shipment. If you need to track your order throughout its shipment, you can request Fed Ex International Shipping. The shipping cost for Fed Ex International Shipping starts at $85 and goes up from there.
Please understand that if you live in a country with laws restricting the import of adult material, we can not guarantee your shipment will not be seized by your customs officials. If you live in such a country you are ordering at your own risk and assume all responsibility for lost shipments. We are not able to provide refunds if your package is seized by the Customs Officials in your country.
How quickly do you ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. There are times when out-of-stock situations or other factors may delay shipping. If an unusual delay is expected, we will notify you of the delay by Email. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and do everything possible to get the order out to you as quickly as possible.
If I order on Monday and specify two day delivery, does that mean I will get it on Tuesday, counting Monday as the first day and Tuesday as the second day?
No. When calculating delivery times you cannot count the day it was shipped. Nor can you count weekends. For example, if your order is shipped Monday and you specified 2 day delivery,it will arrive on Wednesday. If you order on Friday and it is shipped on Friday, it will not arrive until Tuesday assuming you specified 2 day delivery. If you order on Friday too late in the day for it to ship, it will not ship until Monday and will not arrive until Wednesday. All orders received by 10:00 AM Pacific Time will be shipped out that day. If the order is received after 10:00 AM PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
What about ground service, how long does that take?
Delivery time for ground shipping varies depending on where you live. We use Fed-Ex Ground Service. Normal ground service can vary between 3 and 10 days excluding weekends or holidays.
Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
Not necessarily. You can contact Fed Ex and UPS to fill out their forms that allow the driver to leave your packages without a signature. This gives the shipping company your signature on file and allows the driver to leave packages without a signature. Just keep in mind that you assume all responsibility for any package that is left by the driver. This responsibility includes the times when someone steals the package from your front door before you get home. Also, in some cases, the driver may refuse to leave a package if he/she feels it is unsafe to do so.
Returned Orders Unclaimed or Refused
If a signature is required and the customer refuses to pick up or sign for the package, the package will be returned to Dick Wadd. In that event, you authorize Dick Wadd to charge the return shipping fee to the original credit card used when the order was placed.
